A visual novel simulation game developed in the span of 3 days for a submission in Chillenium 2023. Node based visual novel system complete with character emotions and branching dialogues!

The investigation mechanics include a notepad to put down any significant details that might aid you in choosing the right choice and a query button to investigate a person's statement, but be wary, querying might always not end in the right information being told!

The theme of this Chillenium was “We Share a Heart.”

I programmed a new system for handling character dialogue was implemented so that scriptable objects would represent conversations, which resulted in a modular and easily changed visual novel script. This scriptable object centered system allowed for custom SFX, music, and character changes to happen seamlessly along with supporting dialogue choices that created branching storylines.
